Buck was the first homebred champion for Redfeathers. He placed fourth out of 50 in the 9-12 Month Puppy Dog class at the 1984 Irish Setter Club of America National Specialty in Denver, Colorado. Buck finished with back-to-back majors (5 points and 3 points) on the tough Louisville Centennial circuit. Buck was a sweet dog with a classic headpiece and loved to show. I had lots of hopes and dreams for this special guy. Another case of bloat...

Hips OFA Good and PRA test bred clear.

Buck is also pictured on page 96 of the 1986 Irish Setter Club of America Pictorial.
