Ava ran in the Preferred class, jumping 20 inches.  Her runs were scored with the 20 inch Preferred class.

Ava had really nice clean run in Round 1, a Jumpers course.  At the end of this run she was ranked #5 in the 20 inch Preferred class.

Ava had a beautiful run in Round 2, the Standard course.  At the end of this run she was ranked #7 for this run and #4 cumulative in the 20 inch Preferred class.

Ava had a great run in Round 3, the Hybrid course and was clean.  At the end of this run she was ranked #8 for this run and #3 cumulative in the 20 inch Preferred class.

Then came the Finals.  Ava had a really nice run in the Finals!  We ran the course correctly but unfortunately a bar came down on Jump #17 and we incurred a 5 point penalty, costing us the win, but she ended up in 2nd place!  It was another unbelievable weekend, one I will certainly never forget!

Ava has certainly carved a place in Irish Setter history for herself.  She is the only Irish Setter bitch to run in the Finals at the National Agility Championship (a male ran in the Finals in 2014) and the only Irish Setter to place in the Finals.  Ava continues to amaze me!  I am so proud of Ava!  She had a great time, barking throughout all her runs!
